I keep forgetting how everything is in a better place because my health has been so terrible. If its not one thing its the other. Don’t get me wrong everything looks on the mend but the mystery of why I have sores on my ankle is still unsolved. The antibiotics don’t seem to have worked and I have horrible side effects still from taking them. I have to wait till June 11th to see the specialist again. I’ve changed the way I eat and I hope I can keep it up to get back to the way I was and more. No Sugar, No bread, No Starchy Foods and very low Carbs. More vitamins, more yogurt, more water, more sleep and more exercise. Ive got to get better for the summer!
